When you arrive for your appointment:

At the time of your appointment, please knock on the door upon arrival. You will be greeted by a staff member so that we may ensure physical distancing. For this reason, we ask you to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The front door will remain locked and we will be unable to accept walk-ins for any reason at this time.

 We will have a hand sanitizing station at the front door and we will request you to use the hand sanitizer before entering further into the clinic. We will be asking the Patient Screening Questionnaire again, and taking your external temperature for our records with a contactless thermometer. If you are already wearing a mask and gloves upon arrival, you will be asked to remove and discard them upon entry.

You will be escorted to the operatory where the dentist and assistant will be awaiting your arrival in Personal Protective Equipment (lab coats/gowns, masks, face shields and gloves). Once your appointment is completed , you may come to the reception area to deal with any paperwork or booking of future appointments. There will be a plexiglass shield protecting you from direct face to face interactions.

HYGIENE PATIENTS: If you are coming for a dental hygiene appointment, please be aware that the dentist will be unable to address any “extra concerns” at that time. If you are experiencing any concerns other than hygiene please advise the front desk staff PRIOR to your appointment date.
