What to expect before your appointment:

It will begin with our initial telephone conversation. The administrative staff will be conducting a Patient Screening Questionnaire , which will include questions like:

  • Do you have a fever, shortness of breath, a cough or headache?

  • Have you experienced loss of taste or smell?

  • Have you been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 patients?

  • Are you over the age of 70?

  • Do you have heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or any auto-immune disorder?

  • Have you traveled to any region affected by COVID-19 or been around anyone you has travelled to any region affected by COVID 19 in the last 14 days ?

Please expect this screening process to be repeated upon your arrival. We have updated the reception area to comply with new guidelines and staggered appointment times to allow for physical distancing.  Younger patients are asked to bring only one parent/guardian to their appointment. Adult patients are asked to come into the office alone, unless they require assistance.

At the time of your appointment, please CALL  the clinic from outside BEFORE you enter. We will advise whether to enter right away or to please wait for a confirmation call so that we may ensure physical distancing. For this reason, we ask you to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The front door will remain locked and we will be unable to accept walk-ins for any reason at this time.
